How long must a Government Purchase Card "file" be retained after payment and closeout?

Billing Officials must maintain certified billing statements and supporting documents for 6 years, 3 months after final payment. Cardholders must maintain reconciled/approved Statements of Account and all transaction documentation (i.e. Receipts, approvals, property book documentation) for three years after final payment.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
