There's actually a condition that affects you if you don't get enough direct sunlight, called "Seasonal Affective Disorder" (or "SAD," ironically). It's very common where we lived in Alaska, where the sun might rise at 10am and set at 4pm, and that's all the sun you get for that day. They make specific lamps that are supposed to seem more like the sunlight, so you feel in a better mood even if it's pitch-black outside.
However, I think it also has to do with different personality. I think a rainy day is wonderful, it's a good opportunity to snuggle up on the couch with some tea and watch a movie. Same with snow, except it's more of a hot chocolate kind of opportunity... But hey, I'm the same as anyone - too many overcast days, and I start to feel a bit sluggish.
Conversely, too many sunny days makes me really bored. I like my weather to switch it up a bit!
It sometimes affects my mood, but I like when I can stay in all cozy while it's raining outside. I sometimes get in a bad mood when it's super hot and I Feel hot.
Yes, it affects me If it is very cold outside, I have to stay indoors, which I don't like I want to be warm, to be able to walk as much as I want, wherever I want Very cold days in a row put me in a bad mood. When it rains, again I have to stay indoors. The change of pressure may even give me a headache.
I find that the sunshine makes me feel a lot better. Perhaps it is the vitamins that your body soaks up from it.. But when it is dreary, cold and wet outside, I find I almost feel overwhelmingly depressed. The sun helps aid in your production of Vitamin D.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
