How does the weather affect your mood?

Heat makes me either crabby or listless. But sun, anytime makes me feel perkyFall cold is inviogratingProlonged rains make me lonely and blueSummer rain is refreshing and renews me. It is peaceful.

I think weather has a decided affect on our moods, For example in countries that experience long periods of darkness, depression is rampant. Without sun it is necessary to use UV lamps to give the body its Vitamin D, and this works. I know I hate long periods of gloomy weather, and without that sun out in a big blue sky, one tends to be a bit more sombre.

Where I live the weather changes alot, which is a good thing. I'd hate to live in London where they experience lots of gloom. Not for me I'm afraid.

My mood isn't always affected, but I have some medical issues that tend to flare up when the weather changes. That, if not the weather, is what makes me moody.

Rainy weather tends to make me very sleepy and lazy.

I am bipolar and really moody. Gloomy weather saps my energy. Mildly warm, sunny, breezy weather boosts my spirit.

A change in barometric pressure from an incoming hurricane gives me loads of energy and excites me, as strange as that my sound.

The weather dose infact alter my mood for example when it storms I feel a great since of calmness when it sunshines I feel happy when it rains I either feel down or relaxed I think differnt weather effects differnt peopple differntly.

I have been diagnosed with Seasonal Affective Disorder...winter hits me really, really hard. I get extremely depressed if I can't get out in the sun for at least a few minutes a day, and sometimes there just is no sun.

I love to sleep during snow storms but I live in Florida so it doesn't happen but once or twice in a life tiime.

It depends on the weather! The weather usually only affects me when I make plans that are based on a certain type of weather. Sunbathing, going to the beach, snowboarding, and fishing, are just a few of the things that will affect my mood if weather isn't what I expect it to be.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
