No. H was eligible for DACA because he was a minor child when his parent(s) brought him to the USA illegally. If he returns on his own he simply an "illegal".

Also, there is no passport control when exiting the USA so he did not leave "illegally". He simply left, as everyone in the USA is welcome to do.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
