You cannot have the same material on multiple domains because that would be duplicate content. But you can write a short story on your blog that discusses what the article is about and then link from your blog to your hub. That would be a nice backlink.
Pasting the URL is a backlink, copying the content itself is not. For my blog, I tend to write a short intro about the article (including a few of my keywords so Google can still find it) and then link to the article on Hubpages. If the option is available on your blog, a lot of people prefer to set it to open a new tab when someone clicks your link so that visitors are not moved off of your blog when they want to read the external article.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
