There is nothing unhealthy about being vegan if you do it right. Most people think that your only supposed to eat fruits and vegtables but you have to add meat and animal substatutes you basiccal veggie paddies with certain vitamins and minerals added not found in fruits and vegtables. You can get these at any health foods stores and most supermakets at least where im from.
