The seller didn't follow protocol, he should have asked you first if you wanted to cancel, then he should have refunded the money and then send you the cancel transaction request. Now since you denied it, he won't be able to get the selling fees back. Still you are protected, you will receive your money sooner or later.

I use eBay allot and yeah accept to cancel transaction he will refund you the money. Straight after he is on his eBay, but if you don't accept you will not get your money back(until you accept). Hope this makes sense.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
