Jeremiah 30 3 For, lo, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it. 4 And these are the words that the Lord spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah. 5 For thus saith the Lord; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace.
6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? Wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? 7 Alas!
For that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob's trouble, but he shall be saved out of it. Judah alone, or Judah and Israel both together?
Bible prophecy often has dual fulfillment. Yes, there was a great tributation for the Jews back in AD70... but notice that Jesus' prophecy refers to a great tribulation such as has never occurred before, nor will occur again. Surely it is obvious that much worse things have happened since then.
Think WWI and WWII. THE Great Tribulation is yet ahead of us, but very close.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
