It would be nice if rights were absolute, but we have too many idiots that ruin it for the rest of us I think it's debatable what a "militia" means, but it's been commonly accepted that everyone gets to have guns. It's also commonly accepted that there are limits to what kind of weapons civilians can own.
The Supreme Court further indicated in 2008 that “an important limitation on the right to keep and carry arms” extends to “dangerous and unusual weapons.” That might include military firearms such as the M16 assault rifle, which the Supreme Court specifically cited. Adam Lanza, who killed 20 children and six women last Friday at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn.
, used a Bushmaster AR-15-style rifle, a civilian version of the M16. ======================================... The civilian Bushmaster AR-15 is not a "dangerous and unusual weapon" and thus is protected.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
