I would stretch now, I know it will hurt, but it will help to warm your body back up to the original way it was. Drink a lot of juices with Vitamin C in it. It will give you more calcium so you can move better.
You have simply pulled muscles, whilst painful it will cause you no long term harm. Try a long soak in a bath that will help.
