This self declared "depression and anxiety" syndrome expressed by so many US kids is at an alarming levels. However, the truth is that most just have worries as to transitioning from being a kid into a young adult. From what you wrote, if you are being sincere and with minor case of hyperbole, what you express needs to be addressed by a competent psychologist for feelings and conflict of this nature will not go away simply due to graduation from high school.
School is school as to classmates and as to the need to learn in the controlled environment of a classroom. Therefore, the same challenges remain. Therefore, the only variable is you and your ability to handle the social and academic circumstances.
You need a professional to help you sort out what is the cause of your issues. As to courses after high school at whatever level, be advised that unlike until now, the student needs to have a reason, a motivation, a course of action as to the end objective. Far too many kids do not understand this and show up at community colleges, vocational colleges, four year universities, etc. without an objective, a goal and then, they fail.
This is my best answer. Good luck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
