You'll find that it depends on the gym and the people who go there. In many, guys change, shower, use the sauna, and the Jacuzzi naked without giving it a thought. And in other gyms, guys keep themselves covered up as if their mother was in the room.

Follow the lead of others, or lead yourself, if they don't. It's better and a more relaxed atmosphere if nobody cares if anyone or everyone's naked there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
