There are too many to choose from for me... Being that summer was just here not too long ago,,I can still smell the wonderful fresh fish and see all the pretty colors of mother nature and taste all the home grown herbs..Yum! So I’m going to say right now, it would have to be "Sushi" Just look at all the pretty colors... All the different shapes.. And the pretty way its served.... All the wonderful fresh flavors.... I do love to sit at the "Sushi Bar" and watch them go about this wonderful artwork.. I’m an artist,,watching these men just amazes me :) When you see the pride the pride on their faces you cannot help but smile.
