Sorry to dash your hopes, but after that article came out, Google then came out and squashed all rumors of a free turn by turn navigation for the iphone. The article is below. I was kind of bummed by this as I wanted to see a free nav app for the iphone.
But at the same time I can see how this would really hurt companies like Garmin and Tom Tom, who also put out great iPhone nav apps, but just cost way too much. It would be interesting to see if Apple even lets a free nav app onto the iPhone from another company, being that Apple has done so much work with Tom Tom. My speculation, if anything, Apple some day will come out with its own nav app in partnership with an actual nav company, maybe Tom Tom.
But for now, no free Google nav app for the iPhone. It would be interesting to also see if Google decides to make a web nav app that could work on the iPhone that would bypass Apple's app accepting process, kind of like what they did with Google Voice. I could see this happening as well.
Ok, well, hope this helps.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
