Amigo se seu processador for fraquinho e sua memoria for pouca, seu pc vai ficar muito lento, agora se seu processador for um core e você tiver pelo menos uns 3 gb ou 4 de memoria e ele ainda continua lente, deve ser virus ou falta de manutenção.
