I'm a cashier at the hell store too. The lower back pain is awful, especially when you have to keep lifting all the heavy water packs and soda packs. Honestly, there's nothing I do for it.
I just stretch right there in my little spot. I'll strech my legs, put them on top of the second lower conveyor belt, I'll bend over and try to touch my touches, try to bend backwards---whatever. I usually do this while the customer is sliding their card or going through the purse for money. It's a sucky job and the pain is awful.
I tell you what worked for me. May this help you. The name of the condition you are describing is sciatica. After coming home, you can take a hot bath.It will remove your nerve inflammation temporarily.
Then you can do some stretches which reduce the nerve irritation. But keep in mind do the exercise on regular bases. Use non saturated food & green vegetable.
I can recommend an app for stretches which I used to remove pains through exercises. To help you, I'm going to paste the link. May this help.
Plantar fasciitis will come and go depending on your level of activity, i.e. , if you are on your feet a lot (running, dancing, working as a cashier, etc), if you go barefoot a lot, or if you wear poorly fitting shoes. You could get some ongoing relief by raising the blankets off your feet at night.
The pressure of bed covers on your feet while you're sleeping can make plantar fasciitis worse, especially when you first wake up in the morning. You'd be surprised how much better your feet feel when they have room to move at night. Check out the website below for more information.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
