Look there is no such thing as leagues no girl is out of your league it just depends on the girl. You should try talking to her friends that are mutually your friends and ask what she likes. Then over the course of two weeks (don't want to rush it good things take time) start up conversations with her and you could ask her yourself get to know her and tell her about yourself.

Then when about two, two and a half weeks pass you should ask her to do something with you. Start off as friends but give her hints you like her, and on one special occasion tell her how you feel (don't get too deep in your feelings that's a little weird) and yeah go from there. Best of luck man.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
