Good gaming computers under $400?

None of them look very appealing. How much are they charging for each? Option #1 is useless as-is, because it doesn't have a graphics card.

The graphics card is the most important component in any gaming computer, onboard graphics can't play much of anything. If you spent another $50-$75 for a graphics card, then it would be a decent budget system. However, it also has a garbage Logisys power supply, so any decent graphics card might not even work.

Unless that system is selling for $350 or less it's not worth your money, because you'll have to spend another $100 on it (new graphics card and new power supply) http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/32... Option #2 is unknown, because they don't tell you the graphics card model. The amount of video memory doesn't tell you how fast a card is.... That's like saying "Car with 30 gallon gas tank" - there are crappy $40 cards with 1gb, and 4x faster cards which only have 512mb. You'd need to know the specific card model to have any idea of the gaming performance.

The CPU is weaker than the first system, so unless that system has a really good graphics card (which is unlikely) it's not worth buying. http://www.techspot.com/review/240-ati-r... Option #3 is ok for low-end gaming but it's older generation hardware- those parts were old 2 years ago, let alone now. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're getting it dirt cheap ($225 or less).

Even then you'll have to spend at least another $30 because it only has 1gb of RAM, which is too low for most of today's games. You're better off buying either one of these: http://www.walmart.com/ip/HP-CyberpowerP... http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dell+-+Inspiron+Desktop+/+Intel%26%23174%3B+Pentium%26%23174%3B+Processor+/+3GB+Memory+/+500GB+Hard+Drive+-+Piano+Black/1677193.p?id=1218278293919&skuId=1677193 Then adding one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102871 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162076 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131342 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162067 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102829.

That all look like junk but I would say the first one.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
