If its just a bachelor's degree it's not going to make you competitive enough to emigrate. You will need expert level education and experience (at least an advanced degree like a masters and PhD). I think its going to be very difficult with the UK because they are going to pick from other EU candidates for employment opportunities before they give a visa to a non-EU citizen.
For both Canada and Australia you have to go to their immigration website and check to see if your education and background matches up with their points systems. Their rules change from year to year depending on the type of professionals that are needed in the country. I think that you might have a decent chance in one of those two countries as a young educated person.
For the USA it will be very difficult to get sponsorship for an employment visa to come here unless you have a PhD in a very highly specialized area of engineering. My suggestion would be that you try either Canada or Australia.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
