Insidious (Supernatural Horror): About a Family who is tormented by malevolent ghosts and demons after their son falls into a strange coma. Somewhat similar to Poltergeist and Paranormal Activity, but Really Scary! An American Werewolf in London (Comedy Horror): About a young American man who travels to England with a friend and they end up being attacked by a werewolf on the moors and his friend is killed but he survives and falls in love with a nurse working at the hospital where he is taken, both funny and scary!
And focuses on his inability to accept that he is going to transform into a monster on the next full moon. Rosemary's Baby (Demonic Horror): Focuses on a young woman named Rosemary who moves into a New York City tenement and while there befriends an elderly couple who are actually part of a coven of satanists. She begins to suspect that they want her unborn child as a sacrifice.
Very good classic horror film. Audition (Psychological Horror): Japanese film which focuses on a middle aged man who holds an audition for a film, but he actually wants a new wife for him and his teenaged son. It turns out that she isn't as innocent as she originally appears.
Very suspenseful, and shocking towards the end. Great Horror movie. The Faculty (Sci-Fi/Horror): About a high school in Ohio being taken over by alien parasites which change the personality of the host and makes them want to spread the parasite to other people, focuses on a group of teenagers who are uninfected and try to stop the invasion.
Very good, scary flick!
I don't watch much horror , but all my cousins say that "the Stangers" is a good one!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
