Guy lives with girl and she has a 7 yr old daughter. Both lived w/ him 12 months. Now daughter's dad is claiming her, how does guy file?

If I understand you correctly if the dad is claiming the daughter then you cannot claim her, but if the woman is living with you then you should claim head of household and she could be on yours. That's up to you! The dad cannot claim her if she doesn't live with him.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
