The boldest think you could do would be to go over to her, put your arm around her and ask if she's alright (obviously she isn't but it shows you care). If you don't want to do that, find her alone one day and just talk to her, be polite and kind etc. Regardless of what you do, if you're being sincere and kind it will show.
