The correct equation to use is .. A(t) = A(o) x (1/2)^(t / half life) where .. A(t) = amount remaining after time = "t" has elapsed .. A(o) = initial amount .. t = elapsed time .. half life = ... you guessed it.. half life you're question is asking about "fraction remaining" after t = 30 yrs i.e.. .. P(t) / P(o) rearranging that equation above .. P(t) / P(o) = (1/2)^(30yr / 6yr) = (1/2)^5 = 0.03125.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
