Has a waiter ever asked you to tip them at a restaurant?

She's probably new and doesn't know how the tipping system works. Don't worry, screw her you'll never see her again. And no, waiters don't do that to me.

The waiter does not cook the food if you cant go out to eat with the tip stay home or go fast food and stop making excuses for not tipping.

Most people LIVE off of tips and need to take care of their family, she is most likely a single mother struggling to make ends meet.

You should've picked her up and 'tipped' her. Honestly the cheek nowadays! Luckily that's never happened to me.

I only tip when I think its deserved.

That was the first question asked on Y! A ever. And no, that's not happened before.

No that would be very awkward if someone did it would make them seem like they really need money.

Lol no, but they flirt with my sister, that seems to work.

No. But I gotta give it up for the waitress pimp. :).

Sometimes well not all the time but I do give them tips just to be polite.

No, I always tip them but I've never been asked to tip them.

I would have said. Ok here's your tip, find a better paying job.

Nope, no waiters ask us to tip them here in England - it's rude.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
