Has anyone been falsely accused of domestic violence by a vicious spouse?

Happens all the time, its how they fight back.

I used to be against divorce but I was suffocating and realized I deserved so much better. So I filed for divorce! I do know a few couples that were in the process of divorce and the women keep claiming abuse so that they could get full custody of the children and take the man for everything he had.....I knew the men personally and they would never do that......especially given they werent even in the same house and the women had moved in with their boyfriends!

You deserve better and once you leave you will feel a heavy burden lifted! But after you do leave concentrate on you and maybe get some counseling on your feelings.....women tend to met men and just fall into their promises only to be used and abused........I speak from experience......just be you and accomoplish your goals! .

Thank you. I have started the process of divorce, and after discussing things with my attorney I believe I will make out fine. I think councelling is what I need, because now I believe woman are all alike, and I know that isn't true.My first marriage I married an angel and she passed away at a young age.

Not me, but I have known others falsely accused.. In New Jersey when the "domestic violence" laws were first in place, it was common for lawyers to advise their female clients to file phoney charges.. Made the poor dear look so put upon..That was so the BF could move in to "protect her"...These days judges don't wanna hear it, unless there's hard proof..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
