Has anyone else been experiencing internet connection problems?

When I was away at school this past year, the internet had been so much worse than my first year. Sometimes I had to shut down my laptop and then log back on for it to come back.It was really annoying. Now that I'm home, our internet keeps going on and off and it's really annoying.

I know when I called Qwest they said that they were experiencing difficulties in our area, but I'm still wondering if they are still experiencing difficulties because every so often our internet modom won't be lighted. You're best bet is to call your internet service provider again and have them test the line going to your house / modem. When I called my provider they were able to tell me that my line was good and that my modem was going bad and needed replaced. Make sure to ask them if it's under warranty if they supplied it.

Thanks for your response. I guess there was a power outage in our area, so our internet has been going on and off for almost a week now. It's very annoying, but hopefully it'll get fixed soon.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
