The diesel engine in your dispatch is used throughout the Citroen/Peugeot range. As such it is a proven engine. I suspect any problem with the injectors which are probably manufactured by Bosch is peculiar to your car.
In general injectors are very reliable and often last the life of the car. However, dirty fuel can easily damage them which is why there is a filter in the pipeline. They can also exhibit wear after very high mileages.
You haven't given details of the fault which leads me to wonder if you have been misled. Injectors are quite simple devices. They are basically spring loaded non return valves which open and close electromagnetically controlled by the ECU.
Are they all faulty? I doubt it. Has the ECU been checked?
You may have a 'tea break' car, but I would still want to look beyond the injector(s) for a genuine fault. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
