Yes, sure, it has improved search quality! Poor content, duplicate content pages, spam, sites with more ads than content - all those have moved down on the Google search result pages. On the other hand, quality content sites have been pushed up, which is excellent for the searchers.
I'm from the UK, so I don't know how long it's been here, or even if it's reached our shores yet, but the quality of searches lately has been woeful, with loads of 'server not found' links in the first few of the results, and loads of question-and-answer type sites coming up (that I discover neither ask nor anwer the question I was looking for! ).
I think it works. Panda is a punish solution for those who spam google, the quality information will have more exposure chance in google.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
