Well, the only thing you can do is have heart to heart conversations with him and talk deeply about Islam and explain why it is important to you and talk more about islam and let him understand what it is about and why it is important to you, maybe he will understand and look into it more and if he really loves you he will probably do whatever he can to be with you.

Tell that Muslim women shouldn't refuse sex with her husband without any good reason. Most men would probably like to hear that xD But it's better to not lure him, let him study Islam. It's better that he accept it on his own.
