That is a very hard question to answer, because Obama has only been in office 3 or so years verses G.W. Bush's 8 years. Also,Of course Rebublicans and Democrats are going to be bias in favor of their guy. There are Pro's and Cons with each president.
Both presidents were popular at the beginning of there first term and yet just 2-3 years in both saw their approval rating dip to below 50 percent. Bush's main issue was the war in Iraq, while Obama's is Healthcare. In both cases the issues have yet to be resovled.
Really to answer this question fully we should see how the rest of Obama's term(s) pan out. It is innaccurate to compare Bush's time in office and Obama's time in office because: 1). Obama hasn't even finished his first term yet, so there in not as much data to collect on him.2).
The issues that both of them have been involved in are ongoing right now. So we will not know who has made the better descisions for at least a decade after both of them are out of office and we see the full effect that there desicions have made on the country/ world.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
