She takes no pains with her position. Her clothes often are not attractive and most first ladies, of both parties, including Hillary when she was first lady, do regard what they wear. For me, it has nothing to do with her physical appearance, as I think all our first ladies are attractive in their own respectable manner.
She simply has not shown any respect with her position. Her clothes look uncoordinated, thrown-together with no consideration of appearing attractive or noble.
