Have a question about the legality of doing this when buying a home.?

If both of you are on the lease and both signed, the lease, both of you would have equal access to the rental unit, even if your relationship might be on the rocks. Normally if there are problems in a relationship, one would make 'a decision to move from the rental unit. Normally the reason a person would remain in a broken relationship is because they are not financially able to move out of the shared rental unit.

The only legal means by which one would be required to move is if they are able to prove they are verbally or physically abused by the other. A judge would issue a restraining order against the offending party. That party would have to make arrangements to remove, themselves from the rental unit.

I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck. "FIGHT ON.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
