Have cell phones negatively affected common courtesy?

I think so. I used to work as a store clerk and was amazed at the number of people that would come to my register and talk on the phone the whole time I waited on them without once acknowledging I was there. I could have been a blue horned monster and they would not have known it!

Cell phone usage is greatly impacting our society negatively not to mention the health problems emerging from its heavy usage. It is very disrupting and downright rude when someone answers their cell phone in the middle of a private conversation or in a store while paying for an item. Besides I think most people feel annoyed when a person uses a cell phone in public because busy people aren't interested in listening to other peoples' private conversations.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
