I was once a customer of a bank who changed their policies a lot. I once found out the hard way about one of those changes. They decided that if there is Any transaction whatsoever made at the bank counter by a teller, the account would be "hold" until the transaction "clears".
This applied to all customers regardless of their circumstances. So, one day I deposited cash. The account and deposit were "frozen" because of their new policy.
They then allowed the outstanding check I made the cash deposit for to clear the next day despite the account's "frozen" status before they allowed my CASH deposit to "clear". Then, they tried to charge me overdraft fees. I don't think so.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
