Yes I know exactly what you mean beautiful one. . .
Cruelty is something I do struggle with terribly. I protect myself by not looking at certain things, and not listening to certain things - I found a way to guard my heart and mind b'c if I didn't it would mess with my head too. It almost felt like I was being destroyed - I know this will make sense to you.
I have to trust the Lord with everything, and He gave me a way to do this, I use the scripture ''Not a sparrow falls to the ground without my Father permission'' ~ HE is so in control of all things - this helped me accept some of the things that happen in this life, I simply have to trust Him or I would go crazy. When i'm out driving at night and I see an animal that's been run over by a car, I pray that they felt no pain, and I trust my Father He has taken their soul to be with Him in His heavenly kingdom - silly to some, but I know my Father's compassion for His creation. I don't usually talk about such things, but I answered b'c you lovely lady asked the question :)) He will make all things right!
Xx (((Princess))) xx Panther, your answer is a blessing to the soul ~ thank you for a beautiful post ~ God bless you! - - I too will look up 'Indigo Child'... Sis, I stopped watching the news around 4 months ago - my friend Lynn is like us too - I know so many people like us - i'm off to google 'indigo child', I like that :)) Googled it, didn't read all of it - I would say we are very sensitive to the Holy Spirit, more sensitive than some :) I'll leave it there :) Just something I'd like to add: A heart so sensitive is often an intercessors heart, the heart that beats with our almighty Fathers heart ~ His heart-beat joined with ours beating in unison ~ such a privilege.
Hi Faith :) it is very nice that you are kind to animals. And news are mostly tragic. If you didn't think that being too sensitive is something in your way then you wouldn't have asked this.
I myself sometimes feel that way. Even-though my views are somewhat different from yours. When you see children or elderly mistreated, you must bear in mind that those who mistreat them are surely under the mode of ignorance in material nature.
And that we all have some of that mode of ignorance in us. We all sometimes get angry. So what I do is try to focus on the wrongs I have done to others and ask God to forgive me before I can forgive others.
However sometimes news can be a call for you and i. So it is good to watch them if you can. If you can't that is just fine too.
For a long time I wasn't. Just give yourself some time. I hope that helped.
Take care! Love, Rama.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
