Have you ever had issues with someone who has MAJOR issues?

To the best of my understanding, problems of India with the most severe at the top are as under. 1) Law & Order, Security and breakdown of judiciary in giving timely judgements 2) Corruption all around from very high up to the smallest man spreading unabated 3) Illiteracy, superstition even amongst the educated and failure of providing education to the vast majority especially in rural India 4) lack of spreadout development of the entire nation. Concentration is on major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and lack of attention to B grade towns and villages 5) Failure of the government in penetrating inner areas of India resulting in large part of tribal areas getting ignored generating naxalite movements 6) Overemphasis on GDP growth as a single parameter of economic achievement.

Media keeps reporting Indian industrialists reaching top positions in the world whereas the condition of the masses has, though improved, has not matched the economic progress. Problems of the world: 1) Deep-rooted economic crisis 2) Failure of United Nations to deliver what it was formed for 3) Proliferation of wepons of mass destruction and the risk of them falling into wrong hands 4) Failures of religious leaders to preach non-violence and condemn those indulging in violence in the name of religions 5) Political leaders of different nations are divided whereas the leaders of different terrorist groups all over the world are getting united 6) Drug menace in youth is increasing at an alarming rate 7) Breakdown of families which was the problem mainly in the West is now spreading even in the East Edit: I just read your second question in fine print. My answer to that is as under.

Causes: 1) Falling standards of morality and ethics.

First of all I should congratulate you for asking a question that also an excellent one, after a long time. Thein I just support Madhukar Daftary Saheb's answer. Beautiful narration of India's as well worlds' present state.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
