First and foremost rule out a bladder or kidney issue by an Urologist not just a Ped or family doctor. If everything check out ok then just restart Potty Training from the beginning again. Don't pressure you daughter too much, this could be a insecurity issue.

Surgery is a major ordeal for even an adult. If the Urologist can't find anything wrong, and retraining isn't advancing, and your daughter still says she cant hold her urine, then seek the input of a Pediatric Neurologist. Though rare, neurological issues can cause inability to control bladder function.

Keep an eye open for any other signs of regression of skills. Most likely it isn't anything and will pass, but please don't just assume it's your child's issue and not something medical.

If so that could be the reason for the set back.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
