I was in an Arby's in Arlington, VA, having lunch. Sitting at one of those little tables where the chairs are built right on. This guy walked past and sat down.

He had the round pink bald head with the ring of white curls, the cottony beard, a cup of coffee and a couple of burgers. He was wearing jeans lined with red tartan flannel held up with red suspenders, and a flannel shirt. I pointed him out to my friend.

I said, "Check it out. Did you see who just sat down? " It wasn’t a problem for her to turn around and stare, because by now about half the people in the place were whispering to their friends and staring.

To this day we don't know When I was a kid we went to my Grandma's house and in the drive way as we pulled up Santa was there waving at us...HOLY COW...then I though...oh that is just Grandpa. I got up to him and I was handed a candy cane (my fav candy for the season) and he said Amy and Merry Christmas. Hmmmmm that didn't sound like Grandpa (the rest of my family thought it was Grandpa too).

We all got into the house and we found my Grandpa sitting in the living room. I bolted for the back window to see if Santa was still there...he had gone. To this day and I ask EVERY year hoping to hear an answer of who was that Santa...No one knows to this day who that was...I got to shake Santa's hand and give him a hug.

He sounded like Santa, Looked, like Santa and gave a great candy cane to me so that had to be Santa! If I would have known I would have gotten a autograph...and I ate the candy cane. Sources: Amy meets Santa at age 6 .
