Have you ever ordered something from an on-line store and what you ordered was never received?

Unfortunately Yes. This has happened to me more than once. The most recent occurrence was a music CD I ordered from Buy.com.

I opted for the "free" shipping, which is supposed to take 7 to 10 days. 10 days passed without receiving my order. Buy.Com's customer service page simply showed the item as having been shipped, and they were none too helpful when I complained that it had not arrived.

Finally, I got fed up with them and back charged my credit card for the order. That got their attention. They finally told me that the CD had been lost in shipping, and credited my account for the order.

Well... I live in Europe and couple of time I ordered international - on Amazon.com. Usually, the things I order are books and well, there was that one time when I didn't receive my box set and of course after the estimated delivery time passed I sent a mail to Amazon. Com and got my money refunded pretty quickly.

Not sure how it works with the other online shops but Amazon Customer service is really great and quick. Sources: My exp.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
