Have you ever taken your frustration out on inanimate objects (such as kicking your door?

It's not in my nature to be that out of control of my temper, but years ago I did "go wild" and allow myself to "beat up" a roll of paper towels, knowing it didn't matter if I wrecked them (which I did). LOL What I discovered, though, was that temper rages can be like fire. If you snuff out the urge to act on them immediately, it's like snuffing out a small flame before it gets too big.

If you "go wild" and "do whatever" it's like giving a fire oxygen and can make it harder to control.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
