You can negotiate a flat rate. For example American Laser Centers, charges XX per area. Many times this doesn't cover the # of treatments that you need.

Also, with a flat fee you get a lifetime guarentee that if hair does come back then you can go in for free for a touch up. Oh and if they say it will take up to 6 sessions they are lying. It will take more..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
