I haven't heard of exactly what you mentioned, but I have been reading a book called "The Power of Acceptance" and it basically teaches you to learn to accept your anxiety rather than fight it. Having had an anxiety disorder for most of my life, it has helped me. I am also on medication for it, but I had never approached my anxiety this way, only the normal try to get over it it, fight it...etc.Way.

Learning to accept it does help, at least for me it has some.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
