1 I suffer more from generalized anxiety. I went through every kind of talk therapy there is, including the ones that promised a cure, but none of that worked. The only thing that worked was the SSRI drug Paxil.
There are a few different versions of SSRIs and which one is right for you is something that may take a little trial and error.
I know how hard social anxiety is. It runs in my family and it is stressful and difficult and you really can't help it. One thing that might help is to keep an Anxious Log by writing down daily EXACTLY what makes you nervous or stressed.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
