Health benefits of frozen fruit vs fresh fruit?

Fresh tastes much nicer, most veg taste disgusting from cans. Legumes are good-chickpeas, pinto beans and fava beans etc VEg lasts a long time, not all but these-\potato, carrots, cauliflour, onions, leeks, brussel sprouts, celery, cabbage and loads others. Canned stuff tastes gross, only a few things don't- corn, potatoes, and legumes.

Frozen veg gets soggy and not crispy- broccoi and spinach, all the good veg, go sloppy and slimy. I hate frozen veg. Only peas and corn tend to do well- they have fat and sugar, that's why.

Eat the other stuff fresh. A ton more nutrition. Frozen has half the nutrition, and canned, you may as well eat vitamin pills.

There's a small bit, but not much. PS good for you, it's a great diet.

Fresh is always the best but can get pricey, frozen isnt bad specially steamed and I would stay away from canned stuff because you don't know whats in the can or liquid and it usually tends to lack in flavor or not have the right taste it should.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
