Healthy food restaurants in Seattle (or national food chains) Preferably cheap ones. I know I can order a salad even at Mc. Donalds, but what I mean are meals beyond that: brown rice, good wheat bread (not the Subway kind of "wheat"), etc.Speaking of which: any sushi place that serves brown rice?
What are the prices there like? Asked by :-) 57 months ago Similar questions: Healthy food restaurants Seattle national chains Local > United States > Seattle - WA.

A couple of healthy choices There are a couple of good choices, but here are two small chains that fit the bill:Gorditos Healthy Mexican Food213 N 85th StSeattle, WA(206) 706-9352 Gorditos Healthy Mexican Food1507 Queen Anne Ave NSeattle, WA(206) 282-2792 The SceneThe front counter order-taker is likely to be the most cheerful person encountered in a day; and the food, considering price and quality, is about as good as it gets. That accounts for Gordito's youthful clientele and the wide spectrum of professional and blue-collar lunchtime burrito gobblers. The FoodThe lines that frequently spill onto the sidewalk indicate that there's something inside that makes it a little different from Seattle's typical Mexican joint.
That something is huge portions of hot food at bargain prices. The restaurant also eliminates a lot of fat by leaving the lard out of beans and grilling rather than frying meats. Clients fill their bellies with a host of burrito choices, including the incredible burrito Grande, which requires two large flour tortillas to surround its mountain of fillings.

A few choices come to my head. Natural markets such as PCC around the area have some decent ready-made food: soup, sandwiches, pizza, sushi, etc. I think they have brown-rice sushi too.It is not exactly a restaurant but you can get your food and take a table nearby to enjoy the food. Around downtown area, I've heard Organic To Go has some decent take-out style food too.
Bear in mind that not everything over there is organic, but do tend to be healthy. For good bread, Essential Baking Company has a couple cafes (Wallingford and Madison) that serve delicious sandwiches on great bread. My favorite is their interpretation of pastrami (it's not like the NY style humongous one).
Hope that helps! Sources: My experience Google Map View Larger Map Another branch in Madison too.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
