I have heard that even if you can prove the things your ex-spouse says by having tape-recorded him/her, the Judge never wants to listen to the tape. So whats the point?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
