The other answer seem to glaze over that fact your pregnant. Which adds additional, more important, risks. You maybe at risk for pre eclampsia.
It's really common. Hypertension is also the leading cause of placenta abruptio. Just make sure your doctor knows and has done the appropriate tests, but check out pre eclampsia.
Best of luck.
Cut down on your salt intake. Tell your doctor when you do. Cutting down salt can bring your blood pressure down but many people just don't want to bother.
It's not that hard really. Bringing it down like this will save you from taking medication. A mile walk can bring it down right away.
At least it does in my case. Try it. Eating more bananas and oranges can also bring it down due to the fact that it balances out some of the salt your eating.
So if you're already taking medication, you have to be careful about increasing your potassium by taking a lot of bananas and oranges. Ask your doctor.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
