That really depends on factors such as your age. If you are under 18 and you are drinking caffeine beyond a standard cup of coffee which is 80mgs then yes because younger people commonly have irregular heartbeats and caffeine will make it worse because it makes you pee out the electrolyte potassium which regulates the heart. If you are a bit older, and have been drinking caffeine a long time and the heart palpitations you descibe just started happening, then I would first consider how much caffeine you have.
Did you increase the amount you usually take? Anything less than 2 standard cups of coffee- 200mgs is considered a low amount. Its really important to notice what changed recently to pinpoint why you are feeling this way.
It couldn't hurt to stop drinking caffeine just to see if the problem goes away. The process of eliminatiion is a good tactic. Fatty food doesn't make your heart beat funny.
Take notice of other sypmptoms you have other than palpitations. If you feel short of breath go to the emergency room.
I had heart palps all day at one time. I was drinking 20 cups of tear a day. No caffeine, almost no palps.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
