Daitomaceous earth is not a beneficial food. It is not even passed for human consumption, in this country. Kefir is fermented milk - which, while it will probably get your drunk, also leaves you wide open to germs and parasites.
Ever see intestinal worms coming out of people eyes and ears? Those are my thoughtsdon both of these. They are not, in any way, beneficial.
Well, the Kefir I can get around here is a close cousin to youghurt, so pretty much uncontroversial. Maybe there's a "wild" strain somewhere that's potentially worse, but unless you're lactose intolerant, the Kefir I can get is considered entirely harmless and possibly beneficial. Diatomaceous earth AKA kiselgur really isn't much.It can't interact chemically with the body.
It may absorb some stuff, but whether it'll lock it in hard enough to actually matter I don't know. Think of it as a blotting paper. Ewven if you've soaked a liquid up, it's still there.

Kefir isn't bad, they sell it at Whole Foods. I'm sure if it was dangerous, they wouldn't sell it. But it doesn't do anything that just eating yogurt won't do.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
