He will be Innagurated as President on January 20th. I would imagine he would move in after that or after President Bush moves out which would probably be the second week in January.

Obama, by usual White House protocol, will move in the day after inauguration. The exceptions are.

Ronald and Nancy Reagan in 1977, moved in before the Carters moved out -- by White House staff demand.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Elanor Roosevelt, again by White House staff demand.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
